Many Hands Cooperative and Althea debut the first workbook in the Unlearning Series: Gender. This workbook contains a series of questions intending to prompt self-reflection and self-work in the realm of understanding. This book is designed to aid in a journey of self-definition. 

It doesn’t rely on terminology, but there is a glossary of terms in the back if you would like to learn about terms commonly used in discussions about gender. You don’t have to identify as trans in order to find this book useful in some way. There is room for you to reflect on and examine your relationship to masculinity, femininity, and gender in general regardless of your identity. It is intended to be clear, open-ended, and nonjudgmental whether this is the first time you've reflected on these questions or the hundredth.
